The Chico Aerie Event Hall has undergone an extensive remodeling to make it truly one of the most elegant and flexible rental spaces in Chico.

The commercial-grade kitchen incudes 12 burners, 4 ovens, a deep-fryer, a griddle, spacious refrigerator and a service window to the main hall.

$150 per hour for the first 6 hours, $125 per hour thereafter
$1100 for 8 hours
$50 per hour for 1 bar keep
$25 per hour for an additional bar keep
$300 kitchen deposit, returned upon kitchen inspection
$50 per hour for kitchen usage

Eagles Member Pricing

FAQs

What kind of events can the hall contain?

The event Hall is perfect for receptions, dances, company meetings, family reunions, or any kind of dinner or gaming event. Honestly, anything other than a swimming party will fit nicely in the space.

Do I have to be a member of the Eagles Order to rent the hall?

Absolutely not. Any member of the community can rent the space.

Can I rent the hall any night of the week?

We have a regular Bingo game every Thursday. Eagles member meetings happen every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month as well as every 1st and 3rd Wednesday. Other than that it depends entirely upon other bookings.

How many can the hall hold?

We have 144 chairs as well as 24 8-foot tables to use on location.
